Neale Manley

Director of Consulting

Neale has over 20 years’ experience leading and partnering with commercial teams across a broad range of consumer goods categories and has led and worked with teams across the globe.

Before joining Quantic he was the Sales Director for Reckitt in the United Kingdom where, over five years he delivered a growth of 5% which is significantly ahead of the market growth. He achieved this through his focus on customers and channels, the development of a high-performing sales team and building Reckitt’s commercial capabilities.

Prior to that he was Sales Director for Reckitt across Poland and the Baltic States where he concentrated his energies on designing and refining go-to-market models for the channel sales teams across pharmacy, traditional trade and medical sales channels, while also establishing a trade marketing function. In other Sales Director roles Neale also managed a broad range of international customers including Tesco, Wallgreens Boots Alliance and AS Watson.

He loves working with brands and customers, believing that the combination of consumer and customer centricity is the secret sauce which unlocks category and brand growth in a responsible way.
