Thomas is driven by his passion for uncovering insights which help companies truly understand their consumers. He believes that too often businesses operate in ivory towers, disconnected from the people they aim to serve. His mission is to bridge that gap, helping organisations to find shared insights which really connect them to their consumers’ needs and aspirations.
Before founding his own consultancy, Thomas worked at Unilever as the Global Director of Insights in Foodservice, leading a team of 13 across the world. There he explored how food is prepared and enjoyed in different cultures, always seeking the universal truths which bring people and businesses closer. This ability to find common understanding has been at the heart of his work internationally.
For Thomas, food is also a personal devotion. He unwinds by cooking, even if it’s just simple, wholesome dishes, and he loves to indulge in delicious food with great company.
Today he uses his global experience and love of insights to help organisations connect more deeply with their consumers. By focusing on reaching shared understandings, he helps businesses make the decisions that matter – not just for their success, but also for the people they serve.
