Tony has been Chairman of Quantic right from start. He brings broad experience in leadership, management and marketing services, gained as a board director of companies in the UK, Europe and South Africa.
He believes leaders should build the conditions in which people can achieve and thrive. For him it’s about sharing knowledge and experience, behaving responsibly, encouraging colleagues, and critically, recognising and rewarding success.
Before starting Quantic he was chief executive of CPM — a leading global sales outsourcing and brand experience agency employing 20,000 people, operating across the group. He created a successful business by investing in people and clients — its two key assets.
Tony has always been committed to local communities and the voluntary sector. He knew the value that his business experience could bring when founding Reciprocate, Oxfordshire’s responsible business group. He has also served as High Sheriff and as Deputy Lieutenant of Oxfordshire.
With a passion for being contemporary he enjoys interacting and is an energetic member of the Marketing Group of Great Britain and a Fellow of the RSA. He says his best ideas invariably come from talking and listening to others.
