Julie Nottage

Associate Consultant

Julie is a passionate people manager who believes in achieving results through people rather than despite them. As such, she supports businesses and teams to grow and achieve extraordinary results through building the capability of their teams and enabling them to be the very best that they can be.

An accredited Ned Hermann and DISC practitioner, she was also a designer and owner of the Procter & Gamble global leadership training programme for over 25 years.

Over the course of her career, she has empowered more than 200 managers across multiple categories and customer bases. This has given her an agility and in-depth knowledge which she brings to every capability design and delivery project.

Julie works because she loves it. She has a passion to excel, learn, and make a positive difference.

She is also proudly Welsh and loves speaking multiple languages.

Her personal life is filled with sport — watching rugby, football, cricket and tennis, playing tennis, working out in the gym and swimming — as well as being a mother to two boisterous adult children, making pottery and jewellery, and travelling.

What do you collect and why?

Representations of owls, because I’ve loved them since I was a child for the way they look, their amazing 360 degree vision, and how wise they seem.

Where do your best ideas come from?

Reading people through intuition and empathy.

What’s the best piece of advice you ever received?

Do what makes you feel happy.
