He works with clients to increase their profit revenue by creating and delivering capability programmes which significantly improve their skills in selling, negotiating and customer management.
Working in markets across Asia, Peter develops go-to-market strategies which allow brand owners to expand their product distribution cost-effectively, capturing the exciting potential of huge markets such as China and India.
Prior to joining Quantic, Peter lived in Asia and Europe. In senior roles, including regional sales director and regional managing director, Peter consistently delivered revenue and market share growth.
A qualified Executive Coach, he is also a founder of Resilience-Plus — a company which helps people to maintain good mental health whilst embracing modern commercial pressures.
A Board Member of Coventry University Group, he chairs their Global Committee, which oversees the Group’s expansion in teaching, research and innovation around the world. Before that, he was a board member of Instructus Skills, a charity which creates apprenticeship frameworks and National Occupational Standards.
Outside of work, Peter runs regular live music sessions, hosting both local and internationally renowned musicians, in what used to be a quiet corner of the English countryside.
