James has a versatile and engaging leadership style. He developed this through working with and for large consumer goods companies such as Procter & Gamble, Unilever and Kantar Retail, and through co-founding a start-up.
He really enjoys finding ways to connect with his clients’ particular size, category, global location, needs and resources. He also excels at leading multi-functional teams to define breakthrough strategies which deliver exceptional in-market results.
In his element working on category and consumer/shopper strategy, he will identify and validate new growth for brands and portfolios through his deep understanding of category drivers. This is always underpinned by real insight into consumer and shopper needs.
James particularly values the power of workshops to harness the collective brainpower of Quantic and client to work through the knottiest problems and find brilliant solutions. He places insight at the heart of everything and relishes digging into category, consumer and shopper data on new categories and countries.
When not working, he enjoys volunteering in his local community as well as running, swimming, cycling, cooking, and devouring a good book or podcast.
