Dorian has amassed a wealth of experience, and a store of evidence points, from his many years of fulfilling commercial roles at Hovis, Coca-Cola and Tesco.
Now 16 years into his consulting career, he particularly enjoys working with teams and businesses to find and capture value. His skills span most areas of commercial focus, from category leadership and strategy all the way through to revenue-growth management. He is also a firm believer in the power of collaboration between supplier and customer and is experienced in facilitating joint business and category planning sessions.
Dorian really understands the power of connection. Much of his work involves linking up cross-functional teams around skills, and he will make a point of ensuring that desired strategies are always strongly supported with the necessary priorities. This empowers the teams he works with to feel more confident, equips them to use the fresh strategic thinking they are adopting more effectively, and inspires them to operate at peak performance.
When not working, he enjoys cycling and open water swimming, and devotes much of his weekends to the patience-boosting practice of chauffeuring his kids to various sports clubs and competitions.
